Should the number of entrees fall below this count, you will be charged for within 5% of the guaranteed count. Buffet and Hors d' Oeuvres parties are not subject to the above 5% leeway.    Cake-cutting and/or corkage charges apply should you wish to supply your own cake and/or wine. In order to serve your party promptly and professionally, we must limit your choice to two entrees. Should two entrees be selected, one starch will be chosen to complement both meals, if appropriate. We also request the use of food tickets when serving parties of over 20 people, with a selection of two entrees. This procedure enables our wait staff to serve as quietly as possible, while ensuring an accurate count of the number served.    If meal service is delayed due to late arrival of guests, there will be a "late service charge" of $35 per 30 minutes of delay from the original scheduled time of meal service.    A deposit is required upon booking a reservation.
